Very close to the Arena where the show was held, making it convenient for us. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom was commendable. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly the lady at breakfast. Good choice of places to eat nearby, providing a variety of options

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being very close to the airport and the Genting arena. This made it easy for me to catch my flight and attend the show that was held at the nearby arena. The room was clean and cosy, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and provided quick check-in service. the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.
The passage way could do with a new carpet as it did not reflect the standard of the rooms.

Brilliant room, perfect location, fabulous staff. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it. There was George & Dragon bus station minute walk from the hotel. Property was clean and the service was TERRIFIC.
Wi-Fi was very poor.
